The CLO Committee was formed to share information and best practices among CLO managers, structurers and lawyers. The Committee also helps the LSTA develop its response to regulation and market issues impacting CLOs’ ability to operate in the loan space. In recent years, it has focused on LIBOR transition, as well as regulatory issues including new SEC rulemakings, such as Prohibition on Conflicts of Interest in Securitizations and Private Fund Adviser Disclosures. The committee prepares analysis and white papers to support the CLO community’s efforts with regulators, lawmakers and rating agencies.

Membership is open to CLO managers, structurers, investors, researchers and lawyers. This committee is as needed.

Interested in joining the CLO Committee, reach out to Tess Virmani.
