The purpose of the Open-end Loan Fund Committee is to share information and best practices and respond to regulation and market issues impacting funds’ ability to operate in the loan space. Most recently the Committee’s focus has been engagement with the SEC on the proposed amendments to the Liquidity Risk Management Rules.
