This document provides drafting examples of SLL-related provisions for a US-style credit agreement. It is not intended to represent market practice, rather it is offered to members as a point of reference. Very popular, SLLs has grown significantly in the last couple of years and market practice is still developing. We do believe that this document is an important educational tool but should not be conflated with LSTA forms and MCAPs which do reflect settled practice. The document includes many important footnotes offering context on the provisions.
