This year’s Summer Series will be held in the afternoons for two weeks in July with all sessions offered virtually. The LSTA Summer Series is designed as an introduction to the loan market and will include classes focused on the loan market itself, the provisions found in typical credit agreements, private credit and direct lending, the secondary trading market, trading and settling loan trades, the LSTA form of emerging business credit agreement, and the regulations impacting the loan market. The Summer Series is ideal for new entrants or those with one or two years’ experience in the loan market. It is open to all LSTA members, and there is no cost to enroll, but we encourage all attendees to purchase the LSTA’s Complete Credit Agreement Guide which will be the textbook for part of the series.
