As part of the Leveraged Finance (Corporate Credit) Trading Team, you will maintain a portfolio of Par/Distressed LSTA loans, Post ReOrg/Private Equity, and Non Traditional Financial Assets (Bankruptcy Trade Claims/Insurance Liquidation Policy Claims/Litigation Trust Units/Tax Credits/etc) trades from Trade Date through to Settlement and in certain cases post Settlement.
Securitized Products Credit Analyst
The position will be responsible for analyzing and developing credit opinions on securitized transactions, with a primary focus on Asset-Backed (ABS) and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).
Lending Counsel, Director
The Director and Counsel for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation will work within the Legal Department and report to the Deputy Head of Lending Group, as a leveraged finance subject matter expert.
