November 10, 2020 - Our online series were held during the weeks of October 19th and October 26th, and consisted of six 1-hour sessions. The panels ran on Tuesdays through Thursdays, at 4PM (ET). Presentations and Replays are now available, and you will be able to view our Agenda, both located below.
We kicked things off on October 20th, with a Fireside Chat entitled “Historical Lessons That Guide Our Path Forward”, hosted by the LSTA’s Executive Director Lee Shaiman & featured Ms. Amity Shlaes, New York Times Bestselling Author. We then turned to the markets and dissected two of the most pressing issues of the day; the sustainability of the loan market recovery and our upcoming transition away from LIBOR.
The week of October 26th, our conversations turned to the Pandemic, and how its effecting the Chapter 11 Playbook, establishing what’s market in the legal community and finally, the Evolving Sources of Capital that will fund an uncertain future.
We wrapped up on November 10th with a discussion devoted to the possible regulatory implications for the loan market.
Finally, in recognition of the LSTA’s 25th anniversary, our virtual conference was a free-of charge, members only event, thanks to the helping hands of all our valued sponsors.
