April 5, 2024 - The LSTA is pleased to announce the launch of the Member Spotlight Series. The LSTA takes great pride in the expertise of its 600-plus member firms and is honored to showcase it throughout the year with this series. LSTA members are industry leaders, innovators, accomplished and worth getting to know. Spotlights will be produced quarterly, highlighting member thought leadership and perspectives on market trends, keys to success and, of course, the benefits of LSTA membership.

The first episode of the series honors Women’s History Month. Lisa Schneider, the LSTA’s EVP of Membership, interviews Mitali Sohoni, Managing Director and Global Head of Asset-Backed Finance at Citigroup. Not only has Mitali achieved tremendous professional success at Citigroup, but she is also a former long-standing LSTA board member. She talks about the importance of facing challenges with humility as well as staying intellectually curious outside of work. On top of her demanding career and raising two children on her own, she has established a local theater group in New York City and earned advanced degrees in biotechnology and clean energy. It’s exhausting just writing about it!
